I have been in the mortgage banking industry for over 25 years. I processed loans for over 15 years and received numerous awards for outstanding achievement in volume, accuracy and difficulty. I attended American Bankers School of Mortgage Banking in Studio City California. I am certified thru the Washington State Housing Finance Commission  as a First Time Homebuyer Instructor. Most recently I achieved the level of Certified Mortgage Planner. There are less than 1% of loan officers in the country that have obtained this certification.

My background, experience and understanding of underwriting guidelines enable me to address difficulties up front which prevents constant phone calls requesting additional information and last minute problems.
